This is what sets us apart from other Ice Cream shops. We make all our ice creams but we make it with all Natural ingredients. Today we toasted Hazelnuts and then made Hazelnut Butter which we folded into our dark chocolate ice cream. It took about and hour where as if we had used Hazelnut flavor it would have been a 10 minute job. Same with Ginger which we hand peel and purée. It’s not a mystery that potential business purchaser are scared as they think that we have big shoes to fill. So available New tomorrow are Dark Chocolate Hazelnut (smooth), Sweet Cream, Fresh Ginger among our regular line up. Remember we make small batches that don’t last too long.
