What helped me was that I searched a professional I could contact, wrote emails / letters to them, with the thought in mind that _I don't have to send them_. Just documenting what I felt helped clearing up my head, and when I felt like I could be ready to send the email it was already done. But anyways, strength and love to you!

that sounds like a pretty good idea, actually. i write a lot to work through my thoughts and feelings but i only write that for myself, writing something thought for someone else might help both working out how i feel and taking the step to actually ask for help. thank you for the advice, and the support as well!

Could you explain what a külmking is? I have been pondering that ever since Metsatöll released a song with that name, and it's hard to google anything that isn't in Estonian :') Thanks!

Directly translated külmking would be “cold shoe”. Essentially külmking is a ghost. There’s a pretty good and short article on Estonian wikipedia, but it’s in Estonian. The tales of külmkingad have been more spread on the islands (Saaremaa, Muhu, Hiiumaa).Külmkingad have been thought to be visitants, restless spirits who stay on earth to haunt after death. But they aren’t poltergeist, they don’t haunt people in homes, instead of public places. It’s also been speculated that külmkingad maybe a result of somesort of ‘taig’ (magical ritual, witch’s prank), where living person has been put under a spell or the ghost is an illusion created by a witch.Like shadow people, külmking can be properly killed by wolves or bolt of lightning.

Also, Cypripedium calceolus folklore name is külmking, although I think that name comes from its official name ‘kuldking’ (‘golden shoe’).
