this may seem st*pid but a scholarship student could necessarily not be rich right? and would they have to be exceeding in all academics to be considered?
scholarship students have to demonstrate financial need, basically that their household income isn’t enough to cover the cost of tuition. sunhwa doesn’t give free handouts, so a scholarship student needs to be exceptional to get in without the pedigree and affluence that characterize most of the student body. so if you’re applying as a scholarship student, you need to cover why they were admitted in the app. hope that answers your question!!
