style.

yoon nami, despite being the child of a former miss korea, definitely does not have the style to show it. she prefers simplicity over anything else, but does note that there is importance in dressed reasonably well, especially in korean society. one thing always remains consistent in her appearance; her wire rimmed glasses. probably from late nights reading with only her bedside lamp, nami’s vision isn’t the best. without them, she’s rendered to a blurred world (exhibit a). when not in school uniform, she often dresses in pullovers and jeans (exhibit a, exhibit b). with the weather being warmer, she’s inclined to switch out her pullovers for plain t-shirts and jeans with shorts (don’t count on them being too short, however). the closest thing to a heel you’re going to see on her is a professional shoe with a bit of a wedge, despite her height. debate meets draw out the business casual side of her closet, blazers and harper pants galore. to catch her in a dress, however, is a rare sight.

tldr.

here’s what you need to know. yoon nami is going to be president of the republic of south korea one day. she’s intent on being that girl whose name you’ll hear, whose familiar face you’ll see on your tv screen one day, and you’ll remember; i knew that girl.  nami is a relatively straight shooter. she does well, extremely well, in her academics. and, she’s also a baek ho legacy initiate. her spectacle wearing face might not assume the part of someone with a pedigree, but rumors are that her mother was once a miss korea jin winner. rumors also say that yoon nami is a robot. no one’s really seen her sit down in the cafeteria and eat, and she doesn’t have a roommate to prove this theory wrong.  ooc; hi guys! i’m momo, and i also write for kang min, one of sunhwa’s music instructors. hopefully i’m able to write well for nami and i hope that you guys like her! open plots are under the cut! they’re what i could come up with from the top of my head, but i’m always open for brainstorming! 

›  players gonna play (m/f - open) it’s not like nami has ‘play me’ written across her forehead, but she certainly shies away from any sort of romantic involvement. heck, there aren’t even rumors about her floating around (other than that she might be a robot). it might’ve started out as a dare from your friends, or the idea came to you all on its own, but you decide that your idea of a good time is to mess around with the heart of a future president. ›  study buddy (m/f - open) contrary to what you might call your relationship, nami is your go to for when you need help with anything academically related. your parents also make sure to pay her top notch for tutoring you, which is probably why nami puts up with you. ›  pretty in pink (m/f - open) it hits you sometime halfway through your shared class; yoon nami needs a makeover. it might just be your thing, giving makeovers and whatnot, but believe that nami is going to be very resilient to the very idea. ›  troublemaker (m/f - open) while nami isn’t the straightest of arrows, she’s not the type to snitch on anyone, she’s definitely not a troublemaker. that is, until she gets dragged into your line of mischief. her adamant insistence on keeping her record clean is what especially makes trying to get her into trouble even more fun. ›  velma (m/f - open) you know what sucks? that when you lose your glasses, you need your glasses to find your glasses. you don’t know each other really, but you find yourself crawling under tables in the library to help nami find her glasses.
