New Goals
Goals, crushed. I never thought I would ever see the day when my old department manager asked me favors to help my old department.
It feels so good to be the bread and butter of the whole plant. So what is next from here? Confidence and another promotion. I need to learn there are times that nice can take you far, but when your need vendors, other engineers, technicians to follow your lead, it is time to call all the shots. Lets make these yield enhancement project happen! I am basically an on call doctor for robots. I even have a pager.
