More Prophet: War/Love.
Prophet & Yilala are marooned on a hostile world and must fight to survive against the elements and bloodthirsty inhabitants.
I had to explore this concept some more, since the first image was so much fun. Prophet remains one of the best comics out and provides me with a lot of inspiration.
I went ahead and posted both the color and black and white versions. If anyone wants to take a shot at coloring my inks, I'd love to see another take on it.
If I ever got a shot at Prophet, this is what I'd like to do. Tell the story of Prophet and Yilala's love through the wars they fought together. I think it'd be a cool one-shot. They'd have their first kiss inside a fallen star-child's lungs, and make their vows to eachother in a forest ship's engine room. And there would be lots and LOTS of blood.
