Yakuza Kiwami 2 translation (1.1)

I’ve been translating my way through Yakuza Kiwami 2 (I don’t have much of a choice, and I wanted to do this myself anyways because I can (despite how much of a pain in the ass it is). And to pick up new vocab, exercise my kanji, etc.) and I made myself write down a translation to make sure I understood what’s going on (otherwise I might let myself continue with a vague understanding and then be fuckin lost later on). So I figure I’d release it into the world in case anyone would want it. It’s not nicely polished but.. here it is. But that being said, if there’s anything straight up wrong here, PLEASE tell me. I want to know tf is going on too lol I’m gunna be following this dude’s play through, so the chunks I put out will line up with these videos. I’m only doing the cut scenes basically, sorry. Unless something outside of that catches my interest enough to thoroughly translate it for ya.. yeah.

What do you mean? Lady: That incident a year ago, you went against the boss’ orders and did an investigation all on your own! Then we were finally able to expose that Jingu guy’s money laundering scheme! Behind closed doors, everyone calls you the famous Legendary Detective! Date: Hang on a sec. I wasn’t the one who settled that incident. Also, I’m not a detective anymore either. Lady: I know! After the incident, you decided to resign. You threw your resignation letter at the Chief’s face and then socked him in the mouth! Date: What in the world has this turned into. ???: Legendary Detective. Date: Hm? Chapter 3, The Yakuza eater ー　－　－ They’re like ‘wow some shit’s goin down huh’ but they’re gunna stay here and continue there mission. Daigo says to call for him when he’s ready to go. Once he comes back, Daigo’s all ‘there’s no coming back after this’ and they head off. ー　－　－ Same day, same time. A certain office in Osaka. Some Oyabun: Miss detective, I swear I didn’t threaten no civilian. You sure you don’t got the wrong guy? Detective lady: When you met real estate agent Kojima at the cafe, you knocked on the table, didn’t you? ー　ー　－ [ Prefecture organized anti-crime unit, organized crime countermeasure section four chief: Sayama Kaoru ] ー　－　－ Some Oyabun: What’re you talking about?
