Hatziel Flores is a self-taught, contemporary artist from Dallas, TX who was born in Mexico City. His passion is to paint in a wide variety of mediums, and primarily chooses portraiture as his subject matter. The Dallas-Fort Worth arts community has been the home base for Hatziel since 2007. He has exhibited widely in Houston, San Antonio, New York, and California. His diverse work has not only reached galleries but also companies such as NBC, McDonalds, MTV, Nike, Redbull, and many others.
Flores will be exhibiting work at Mexic-Arte Museum for the Young Latino Artists 21: Amexican@ exhibition curated by David “Shek” Vega, opening June 17, 2016.
