The wonderful and amazing Ylvs not only organised the reading in Kassel and the accompanying Smarchmoot, she also did the German part of the reading, including singing “Seoman the Glorious” (also in German, of course). I’m sad ) only recorded a tiny bit of it, because it was fantastic!

Still cackling at the fact that Tad signed the bedsheets in his sleep.

And still having odd feelings about the fact that I slept in that same guest bed the next night. I mean, I’ve long moved on from worshipful “favourite author” feelings to “friend who just happens to also be my favourite author”, but it’s still odd.
