Fro-yo girl here. If you love high quality, scrumptious froyo or soft serve that's made from scratch with love and passion, you need to visit Yoga-urt. It's allergy-friendly too, so almost everyone can enjoy it. The soft serve is organic, vegan, kosher, soy free, gluten-free, all-natural, probiotic, hand-crafted, small batch, and made on site. The gluten-free cones and sauces are also made in-house with proprietary recipes.

They start by making their own almond milk, crafting their froyo base out of almond milk and cashew milk, and adding probiotics.

For toppings, choose from fresh fruit, mochi, sprinkles, nuts, granola, coconut, mulberries, cacao nibs, and housemade sauces.

Froyo flavors of the day:

Chocolate Bliss: their most popular flavor

Peanut Butter Prana: super creamy, indulgent, rich, packed with pb flavor

Strawberry Serenity: sweet, creamy, smooth, natural tasting

Vanilla Harmony: thick, dense, less processed, has the nuttiness of the almonds

Salted Caramel Zen

Green Tea/Matcha: lots of green tea flavor, thick, dense and not super sweet

Froyo prices: Mini $6.75/ Small $8.75/ Medium $11.25/ Large $13

In addition to froyo, Yoga-urt has organic smoothies, kombucha floats, organic drinks, froyo sandwiches, froyo popsicles, and froyo pies (by the slice or whole). If you want to take some home, pre-pack pints are in the grab n' go freezer.

Cups and spoons are compostable. Parking was easy to find. The purple walls and hearts remind me of the Kenneth Village shop. Limited indoor seating.

The grand opening will be on August 3.

Fro-yo girl here. My praise couldn’t be higher for Yoga-urt. If you love their Kenneth Village location, you’ll love their Echo Park location. The two locations are very similar. If you love delicious froyo or soft serve that’s made from scratch with love, this is your place.

Yoga-urt checks all the boxes: organic, vegan, kosher, soy free, gluten-free, all-natural, probiotic, hand-crafted, small batch, woman-owned. While their froyo is “free” of many things, it is flat out incredible – fresh and full of flavor.

They start by making their own almond milk, crafting their froyo base out of almond milk and cashew milk, and adding probiotics. It’s not just the froyo that’s delicious. I love the extra crunchy gluten-free cones, housemade sauces, and healthy toppings (cacao nibs, fruit, nuts, brownies, coconut, sprinkles, chocolate chips, shaved chocolate, mochi, etc). Look for innovative flavors like Tahini, Radiant Golden Rose, and Purple Power.

Froyo flavors of the day:

Vanilla harmony: I’m a big fan – it reminds me of Pressed Juicery’s vanilla almond milk soft serve (Freeze) but much better. Vanilla harmony is creamier, less icy and less gritty but it still has that nutty flavor and very clean finish. It tastes less processed/more natural and less sweet.

Chocolate bliss – their best seller, I never get it though, because I don’t like chocolate ice cream/froyo

Salted caramel zen

Strawberry serenity - tastes so good, like fresh strawberries but creamier and mellowed by the yogurt base

Ganesha’s sweet greens: Mr. Froyo’s favorite – it’s like green juice but in froyo form, with kale, spinach, strawberries, and other ingredients but I kept tasting fresh mint which I really liked. He loves that there’s no sugar added.

Peanut butter prana: super dense, thick, creamy with lots of peanut butter

Froyo prices: Mini $4.75/ Small $6.25/ Medium $7.75/ Large $8.25

The portions are generous and their high-quality froyo is so dense and filling that it feels like a fair price.

In addition to froyo, Yoga-urt has organic smoothies, kombucha floats, organic drinks, froyo sandwiches, froyo popsicles, and froyo pies (by the slice or whole). Custom froyo pies are available. If you want to take some home, pre-pack pints are in the grab n’ go freezer. They started selling their almond milk and almond flour too.

Cups and spoons are compostable of course. Their products are good for you and they care about the Earth. Ask for a stamp card.
