Sometimes we just feel like giving up. How much we love doing it, how much ever we enjoy it, and some point we just get tired. And the thoughts of giving up start to enter the mind. Take a break. A week off. Do something else. Do the same thing in a different way. Add a few challenges or differences in what you do. Those changes will pull your interest back towards it. And the break will help you calm down and relax for a bit before you get back to it. So its always good to take a break in between. Add a few changes to your lifestyle every now and then just to keep yourself engaged. Keep your mind engaged and active. A little bit of change is always good. Too much of anything isn't. So take your time. Let go of everything for a little while.
