It feels weird to be practicing inside again, after a couple of weeks being outside and naked in the sunshine. Today’s classes are one of those: naked. Saturday morning I’ll be doing the other one: Greenwich Park, 9am. I’d love to find a way to do both at the same time in London! Anyone got a lovely outside space that’s not overlooked and could accommodate some house trained naked yogis? 53/365 #yogachallenge #handbalance365 Tonight my teacher threw and amazing curve ball: three quarters of the way through the practice he invited us to transition from #catpose into our favourite pose. Any way we liked. Don't think, just do it (but no inversions!). Without much thought I found myself in #elephantstrunkpose, so I think it's appropriate for todays hand balance challenge.
