The #asana for today is any SEATED TWIST and our favourite is Bharadvajasana. _ This twisting motion of Bharadvajasana will squeeze out tension and stress, calm your mind and nervous system, and restore a sense of balance. _ Grounding in this pose will bring you as sense of security, safety, compassion, acceptance, self-esteem and love 💜 _ To take Bharadvajasana, start from Dandasana, take the right leg to the Virasana, and left leg into the half lotus. Twist the torso to the left, and place the right palm under the left knee, the left hand going behind your back, reaching for the left toe. Direct your gaze over the left shoulder.
