#namasteplayful2 Day 3: working off an edge or ledge... made a quick pit stop at the park while running errands, hoped to find something taller but this bench worked just fine AND I didn't face plant; which for a hot second felt entirely possible 😳... now I gotta go check out the gallery as there's sure to be some great shots! #yogaplayground Fitness week Day 5: #mountainclimbers and #pikehandstand playing catch up... For me, 3 is the magic number... 3 sets of 3 of each... those initial leg lifts should be all core- tight legs and stability in hands thru shoulders😉 all other moves, I always emphasize breathe before movement, let that exhaled navel to spine lead the way... Ah, the things I wish I knew when I was young🎼.... #yogaplayground Day 11: #bridges for fitness week. Using the #hammock in place of a Swiss ball brings the same level of intensity to a traditional bridge, my hammies were burning and the 1-legged variations highlight imbalances.
