New kid in school 🙇🏻♀️ . Thanks to crazy work scheds and even crazier traffic, it's been 10 months since I last got to attend a yoga class. You really notice the difference, physically and mentally, that you just ache to come back! 🙆🏻 . I needed to quash the excuses--there's a @yogaplusph just a few steps from my office where I could continue my practice. So good to be back!
