Back in November my body was so stiff some mornings I could barely bend down and touch my toes. This made moving, training and working so much more difficult. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since I've included more @bulldogyoga + stretching in my routine I've rarely had any pain in my hips and lower back. My workouts have improved and my days always start off pain free! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Working out and training is fantastic, but if you don't take the time to strengthen and stretch your muscles your ability to participate in certain activities will be greatly effected in the longterm!
