I just finished a 3 day silent retreat this weekend at @yogaville108 as a gift to myself before the final push working on the book...and it was TRULY remarkable. It's stunning what silence alone can reveal...plus the lectures, classes, and service projects were all enriching in ways I didn't expect. I highly recommend it!🙏✨💕I tried not to be "productive" while I was there but couldn't help drawing a few concepts as word art, so here's a little show and tell. I am beyond grateful for this experience especially as I now buckle down for having no days off for a while.
