Day 7 #yogischoice Eka Pada Sirsasana Huge “NUGGET” to finding success in this pose is in the pelvic tilt. In order to get lift off and the leg closer leg closer to the face, you must rotate the pelvis upwards and inwards. Like a cheese curl? 😌 And it requires utilizing Uddiyana Bandha BIG TIME (lower abdominal firing) 🔥🔥🔥 Being able to rotate your pelvis upwards and inwards is going to help to release the lower spine in Savasana. Its going to help you correctly practice Warrior II without straining your lower back and forcing you to “hang” in your joints. Its going to help folding over in straddle spits in Upavistha Konasana. I know it might be a weird action and something you are unfamiliar with. But trust me on this one, you need to find the action and the rotation. Freedom in the pelvic region is just as important as stability♥️ 🔥 International Yoga Challenge 🔥 #YogiCoreFireUp February 22-28 Stability and balance. Two reasons our core strength is important.
