Title: I am part of everything... Peaceful cloud girl. This is what a meditative state feels like to me. Being part of the sky, the universe. When you feel so connected everything else melts away. It used to happen when I was practicing yoga regularly. I stopped a few months into lock down though I know I will make space for it again soon. It's been hard to keep good habits during this time. I'm looking forward to going to a yoga studio again where I can feed off of the calming and motivating energy. I miss practicing with other people.
