I did it!

Teaching yoga live on IG @vinyasakayla starting this Friday! These classes are completely donation-based, proceeds will go to the local non-profits that have dedicated themselves to serving the families and seniors during the pandemic.

Super excited, kind of nervous, but fully ready to get back into the flow of teaching again.

I was way out of my comfort zone teaching via Facetime/live, and it was amazing getting out of it and getting a feel for interacting with students outside of the traditional studio setting. ✨
