Playtime last night...funny watching it sped up to fit on here #yogiplaytime #beeinspired I still can't believe that's me. I was never very strong or comfortable trying new things... I was the clumsy one, I would rather play it safe then work outside of my comfort zone. I love what practice yoga has brought to my life. It's taught me to slow down and focus, that what seems impossible really is possible if you try, and now I feel strong physically and mentally. It's such a great feeling (at Bee Inspired Yoga)
