A delightful and easy-to-make parfait featuring the sweet and tangy flavors of cherry and pineapple dump cake, layered with granola, creamy vanilla yogurt, and whipped cream.
Ingredients: 1 can cherry pie filling. 1 can crushed pineapple, drained. 1 box yellow cake mix. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup granola. 2 cups vanilla yogurt. 1 cup whipped cream. Maraschino cherries for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit mixture. Pour melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the cake mixture, granola, vanilla yogurt, and whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. Top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake Parfait!
