The double chocolate raspberry brownies taste great because they have both rich chocolate and tangy raspberries. It's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or wowing guests at any event.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Clean and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. Place parchment paper inside the pan. Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix it in well. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each one. Add vanilla extract and stir. Mix the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder into the wet ingredients by sifting them together. Don't mix any further than that. Slowly mix in the chocolate chips and raspberries. Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with a few moist crumbs, it's done. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan.
