Moar Viktuuri Youtube channel headcanons please

Alright, I have a few more ideas for this channel (also I would so love to see these come to life, no idea how to make it happen but oh well. You get random lists instead!)

And now… PART 3!

- Yuuri enjoys recording Victor for his channel, far more than he enjoys being featured on Victor’s channel

- His favorite series involves catching Victor singing - especially when he catches Victor singing to American songs

- Because even though Victor has a really nice singing voice (really nice, Yuuri keeps the best videos for himself alone), he often screws up American lyrics

- There is definitely a video of Victor exuberantly singing “I’m getting unstuck ‘cause you’re a post-it!” which is absolutely supposed to be Britney Spears’ Toxic.

- Less popular, but still hilarious is Victor adamantly arguing that Tom Petty is singing about Running Down a Drain - definitely not running down a dream, how does that even make sense, Yuuri??

- The most current video, and the one with the most views, is Victor’s dramatic rendition of “it isn’t in my BUTT!” by Shawn Mendes. Yuuri doesn’t even pretend like he is going to correct this one.

- After fifteen videos of Victor and his lyrics, Yuuri posts a video of him showing Victor the lyrics to each of the fifteen songs. By the end they are laughing so hard, they are both red and Makkachin is in the background looking very worried about the sanity of her papas.

Bonus: Victor pops back up as an edited end to this video and swears to his viewers that he will get sweet revenge on his love by posting videos of Yuuri doing random pop culture dances. (But that’s for another list of headcanons)

The YOI-Central Holiday Card Exchange is happening!

We had an amazing turnout for our first year - 54 participants in all! As Victor would say, “WOW!” So many people from all over the country signed up. 1 from the Netherlands, 1 from Slovenia, 1 from Brazil, 1 from Malaysia, 1 from Sweden, 1 from Malta, 1 from France, 1 from Singapore, 3 from Japan, 3 from Finland,  6 from the UK, and the rest from the US! Not sure what happened to Canada. JJ, were you jealous of Victor and Yuuri and told your fans not to join us?

Well, if you want to join in on the fun, it’s not too late! The deadline for sending physical cards through snail mail has passed, but you can still participate by sending email cards! Deadline to sign up is December 15th!

Hello, my followers! I want to know where are you going. Are you staying here? Are you heading somewhere else? Are you already somewhere else? Please answer below so I know where to find you once we all abandon Tumblr.

I’m going to keep this account open (unless they shut me down) until I find my new “forever” home. Most likely Pillowfort. I will post here once I know for sure.

Join us for YOI Central’s Holiday Card Exchange!

Welcome to the first YOI Central Holiday Card Exchange! Since December 25th is both Christmas day and Victor's birthday, we thought it would be fun to do a card exchange where participants can send Christmas cards, Birthday cards, or generic seasonal cards to celebrate the holidays. *^_^*

Anyone can participate. Doesn’t matter where you live, just that you love Yuri on Ice and want to share that love with others! The way it works is simple - each person signs up and agrees to send X number of cards to others. You get to choose how many cards you’re comfortable with sending. Send 5 cards? You get 5 cards! Send 10 cards? You get 10 cards! Send 15 cards? Well, you get the idea. ;-)

Please read the rules below and, if you can honor them, sign up and join in the fun!

Make a commitment to this Card Exchange. This is the most important step. Please do not lame out on sending cards. It is extremely unfair to those who take the time and spend the money to send cards out and then not get cards back in return. If you cannot commit to sending out cards, do not sign up for this card exchange.

Fill out this form by December 1st! You will receive your list of people that you’ll be sending cards to 1-2 days after.

Start making/getting your cards now! Cards can be anything you want! Handmade cards, artist commissioned cards, store bought cards - all cards are welcome! YOI themed cards are, of course, the best, but don’t let that stop you from participating.

Get your list of names and addresses - this will happen 1-2 days after sign-ups close.

SEND OUT YOUR CARDS! Please send ASAP and no later than December 15th (December 10th for international mail) so people can get them in time for the holidays and before the New Year.

When he opened his eyes, vision tunneled in the direction of the shore, he was startled to find Yuri Plisetsky staring at him. With a nod and a smile, Minami spoke. “Good luck. May the best man win.” He quirked an eyebrow at Yuri when he smirked.

“I intend to.” There was no malice this time as Yuri turned toward their end goal and he found himself smiling when Minami elbowed him in the side. He felt the pressure of the world around him, but found comfort in his supposed rival floating next to him. Today was no longer about beating everyone else, it was about proving to himself that he deserved to be there. Waiting for the starting signal, Yuri forced himself to breath.

can you share who are the mods behind this blog? and the discord chat? I'd want to join, but I'd like to know what I'm getting into beforehand if you don't mind (you can answer privately if you'd rather not say in an open ask, that's totally fine!)

Hello there! Currently I (the-mamishka) am the only mod on yoi-central and the discord chat. My goal is to create a community of yoi fans, artists, and writers who can hang out and share their love for yoi in a casual and friendly atmosphere. There are no real hard or fast rules - we just ask that everybody be kind, respectful, and excellent to one another. 

If there are others out there who would like to be mods, drop me a line!
