I’ve been calling my eye doctor trying to get contacts ordered for like the past three or four months. I’ve left over a dozen voice mail messages, because for whatever reason only one person who works there can help me and they’re never in the fucking office. And it’s not like I can just walk in and work this out because the office is in Michigan and I don’t live there any more. And in every message I give my name, phone number, what I need, tell them that I would like it billed to my families HSA card, and my phone number, and ask for them to call me back. AND THEY HAVEN’T FUCKING CALLED ME BACK. Jesus Christ, as soon as I can go to an eye doctor here in Tucson, I’m switching to them, because clearly the place I’m at is shit.
