“If I were to mention you were being FOLLOWED, what would you think?” It isn’t his intention to be weird or sudden. He had chosen this very spot on purpose just to bring such concerns to the forefront. Sitting and eating dessert wasn’t a suspicious act around 7pm. Even if he sat rather odd. 

But those words were meant for the teenager seated in the booth just behind him. Where they situated back to back. 

“Or rather, are you aware.” His words do not waver emotion, do not give away a hidden truth. The answer is a yes or a no.

He’s laughing at the reaction. Quietly and hand covering his mouth. To hold back was hard but he managed, only muffled noises escaping. There was no particular reason behind his action, Psyche had just felt like poking the boy in the side. 

Though, the comment was the same as others had already said to him. He gave it a shrug, smiling. 

“Izaya?” he asked, though he was sure this would the answer. He placed both hands on his hips, now smiling somewhat proudly. “I’m much prettier, you know? My eyes have the better color~ and I’m not a meanie~”

She watches him from across the street. She’s not even being discreet about it either. And when their eyes meet, she grins at him.

slappin’ his knee with a cackle, he just couldn’t help it. this person was a child. an innocent lookin’ enough child whom had come to his domain and --- once more a child. shaking his head a lil’, zero gave a hard huff. his eyes casting to the ten under long lashes, a smirk raising to his lips as he shook his head a little. curly chocolate brown locks bouncing off of pierced ears.

It was late. The sky already grown dark. But that’s not going to stop her from sitting in a park to read. The lamp from the street light illuminating the pages of her book. She preferred coming out here to read at night. It was more quiet than during the day and there was no sun to make her overly warm. She turns the page, ears picking up on commotion not too far away. She wonders if it’s one of those color gangs causing trouble. She chooses to ignore it for now and instead focuses on reading.

“That’s kind of your own fault, don’t you think?” There’s a pause as she reaches for the small knife in her pocket. “There’s really not much I can do to help you.”
