I'd like to imagine it slips out unheeded during a casual conversation and Seb sees Jim suddenly just freeze and goes wait what what the hell is going on what did I - ohshit and Jim says slowly what did you call me and Seb just sort of - shakes his head, not even trying to weasel his way out of that one, simply handing Jim the metaphorical (or literal) whip saying I deserve this.
