(spoilers for squid game) as much as i like sangwoo because he's hot and vv yummy but i mostly like him because i find his character progression in the games more natural and understandable than gihun because of it really reflected the "reason" how he could be until to such a state. he didn't suddenly turn nice but rather reacted accordingly to what he is given. i mean he still let most of his teammates lived towards the end until he had to face each of them off. the only thing i was surprised that he did was mercy killing saebyeok but i think it was just to save time on the show and further solidify the fact sangwoo would not walk out alive after that. i wouldn't have a shadow of a doubt in my mind sangwoo would have helped the families of his teammates if he won (like how he helped ali) and actually use the money unlike gihun still wallowing in his morality dilemma. #SangwooWasScapgoated
