This is so true. . I actually don't know one person who has a perfect life😜😝 . I do know quite a few who have chose to be happy, and live a wonderful life!😍 . Happiness is a choice you have to choose to be happy and you will be happy!🙂 . Start by waking up every morning and telling yourself you are a bad ass and you are an amazing person who will be happy. Little pep talks works wonders . At night start thinking about 1-3 good things that happened that day. For example the sun was shining, you were able to talk with and old friend, you went for a walk and so on. You will start waking up in a good mood because your last thoughts were happy thoughts .
