Don't put timelines or constraints on yourself. Don't tell yourself you have to match every other person's long relationship with a longer one, that you have to compete in your personal or private life with anyone else's. That you have to define yourself by other people's shit. They don't know what you're trying to do or what you had to do to be you. Live your life and if hundreds of people want to hate, remind them who's taking time out of their "perfect" lives to obsess over yours.
