8: Do you have a story that consistently challenges you? (or has challenged you in the past?)

I have a series that has been connected through my ENT fics, right from "The First Missions" at the beginning of the NX Programme right through the show and Romulan War and beyond. Right now I'm writing stories set 22 years after the first story in the series and writing this series has become a MAMMOTH task of checking and cataloguing facts and characters. It's challenging, but great fun too

9: Have any of your multi-chaptered fics grown out of prompts submitted on tumblr? Do you enjoy receiving prompts, anonymous or otherwise?

A few long ficlets have. A lot of multi-chapters have grown out of my Facebook Prompts group though. I adore getting prompts, especially for the SassCaptains or Troshi. I try to write them but sometimes they just don't work, if you know what I mean. I quite happily write from prompts.

Yeah. Being interrupted hurts a lot but sometimes I have to interrupt because if I wait, I’ll start speaking, others will talk over me and what I want to say will never be heard

I interrupt too! I think this is one of the cases where the thing I don't like about other people is actually a thing I don't like about myself.

I have recently made it a conscious practice to try not to except when I'm correcting factual information and I can tell the person is about to launch into a big spiel based on a faulty premise and that they would be embarrassed if I waited until they were done. Sometimes I have to sit on my hands though because I get really excited and just want to join in the talking.

It was back at the beginning of summer so probably June. Basically the long story short is...

-Someone didn't like Erika Hernandez -That someone would then get shitty whenever an Erika/Jorika confession was posted on the entconfessions blog -One day I got a nasty anon on the entconfessions blog basically like "OH ENOUGH WITH ERIKA ALREADY". -At that point there had been nothing about her on the entconfessions for two weeks, but I'd been posting a lot on here. -I was upset.

OH LOOK. I found the post on entconfessions.
