I am just gonna say it. Fuck the Emmys. How dare they just blow off an entire series for 12 fuckin years with not single acknowledgement of the STELLAR acting that was done by ALL ACTORS, mainly of course Sam Heughan and Caitroina Balfe! That's just a dam travesty of EPIC proportions.
Ok so I just finished the series finale of Preacher, a show based on a comic I enjoy very much. While I’m still very bitter that they cast anyone else while Jon Bernthal exists (he literally looks like the drawings come to life), the show was mostly enjoyable, with great performances by Ruth Negga and Joseph Gilgun specifically. However. The ending was so bad. Like, what the fuck? I haven’t seen a story end that badly outside of a post van accident Stephen King novel in a long time.
