Morning routine kicking off with a bang. The yellow in the shaker is my EHP labs oxyshred passionfruit flavour pre workout! Always gives me the boost I need :) and in the syringe that I used just to get an accurate 10mls is the super Garcia cambogia liquid stuff and that's pear flavoured.

Today's workout was powered to you by the means of a circuit. 20 mountain climbers 20 diagonal mountain climbers 10 plank ups 10 leg raises 10 hip bridges (hold for 10sec ea.) 20 torso twists (3kg medicine ball) 10 wide squats (3kg medicine ball) 10 over head tricep dips (3kg medicine ball) 5ea arm 10kg plated lifts 10ea side 10kg plated dips 10 10kg plated chin lifts.
