Roses Scatter Beautifully | Natsume & Zelda
She thought that a visit to the famous rose section could be enough for the afternoon before going home, before working on the assignment that had to be ready for next week. Not for wishmaking though. She just really wanted to visit the gardens and take in the beauty of it all.
The Botanical Gardens were always a special place to Zelda, oddly enough. Heck, the entire park district of Mitakihara would count, but this one and the cat café especially stole her heart. It always had a sense of calm, but in different ways. While the Claw Corner gave Zelda a joyful experience, this place was more about letting her wind down and become tranquil. It was a place she loved, none the less.
Thump.
Her train of thought stopped due to something on the ground suddenly coming in contact with her foot. A book, it seemed? None the less, she picked it up, scanning the area for someone who might have potentially dropped it. It certainly wasn't hers, since she arrived to the gardens with her hands empty. And she might have found them by now.
"Uhm, excuse me for disturbing you..." A slight tap on the shoulder would be good enough to accompany her choice of words. "Did you perhaps drop this book? I found it on the ground, so I thought it would be best to give it back."
The roses behind them made it look like a romantic meeting, oddly enough. That's not what it is however, which is probably good enough.
