How important it felt to see a bulletproof black man, a black man in a hoodie, walking around Harlem with bullet holes in it, being wrongly accused of crimes and misrepresented and yet still staying true to himself and what he felt was right???? DO YOU?

I love Black Panther, I love the movie and the actors and the movement that is happening because of all of that. But all this greatness is not some kind of excuse for you to Shit On Luke Cage as being lesser than. The success of one black figure does not mean that other black figures are somehow reduced to less than.

I repeat. ONE BLACK FIGURE’S SUCCESS DOES NOT MEAN REDUCING THE IMPORTANCE OF OTHER BLACK FIGURES.
