You like any of those bands? Then, my friend, you need to check out Palaye Royale. They manage it to sound like a mix out of all glam rock, rock n roll, alternative, indie and blues bands out there but then again they create their own, unique sound that you haven’t heard anywhere else before.
I heard their song Mr. Doctor Man “by accident” as I was listening to Waterparks on YouTube. Thanks to autoplay I was able to listen to a piece of music that just blew me away. Usually it takes some time for me to get into a band, even for bands like Green Day or Marilyn Manson which are my absolute favs by now, but not with Palaye Royale. I knew from the very first second on they would be my new favorite band.
Right now I’m listening to their debut album called Boom Boom Room, Side A. This is definitely one of the best albums of 2016, maybe of all time. It’s time to start looking for all those new rock n roll bands out there. Give them a chance. Don’t always look back to the 70s or the 80s. Look for bands of today. Palaye Royale have been a band since 2008, known as Kropp Circle back then. Remington (singer), Sebastian (guitar) and Emerson (drums) are three brothers who are not only outstanding with their sound, but also with their outfits. You’ll find everything, from vampires to pirates.
Maybe you’ve watched the movie American Satan. Remington is Andy’s voice in that movie whenever he sang a song and I bet we all agree that he did a damn good job on that one. There are so many great things to discover about this band, better start now!
