favourite pastry? 

i am a HUGE sucker for a butter tart, which is a canadian thing. my hometown has a butter tart festival every year where locals all make their own recipes and sell them on the main street and it’s always a huge turnout! my partner often reminds me that they’re basically tiny pecan pies, which is true enough, and i hope means he won’t mind making them for me when i move to ireland? unless?

what is the most lovely quality a person can have?

lovely, huh? i think kindness, for sure. purposeful kindness means more to me than most things.

what is the happiest you’ve ever been?

playing jackbox with my friends in a cuddle pile. going to a concert by myself and screaming myself hoarse in the front row. stargazing with my mom in her backyard. waking up to find a cat asleep on my limbs. standing on top of a castle with the love of my life and laughing as the wind whipped my hair around.

what is the best song a friend has introduced you to?

oh, my friend mel introduced me to synesthesia by andrew mcmahon and it is honestly a new favourite of mine. i listen to it most days, it just makes me so happy!
