It was strange. Thalia had lived in California for nearly seven years, yet had never been this close to the ocean. The night sky made the sea look like a black, endless void, and it was cold. But it was quiet. It was beautiful. She stood there absolutely still, just breathing it in. Footsteps approached, and Thalia saw a person’s shadow paint across the sand in the moonlight. She glanced back to see Liza’s son, Christopher, walking up beside her.

Thalia is overall agnostic, unable to decide what she truly believes to be fact. She finds the most comfort in science, and that things can be explained with numbers and experiments. She does not like the idea of the afterlife, but has a fascination in Buddhism and finds those teachings to be a good philosophy. 

Thalia is left wing in every way. 

She is a big advocate for Naturopathy, or natural healing, as this was her concentration in school. She doesn’t trust anything made in a lab, or even conventional doctors for that matter. But she believes in the healing powers of what Earth has supplied and in professionals who want to help people without caring about payment.
