“Errands? No.” Antoinette mused staring at herself in the small hand compact and tilted. Using her ringer finger to blot at some of her lipstick, making sure that it had not bled out into the edges. She glanced to the side and looked down at Hibiko, who was innocently rocking back and forth as they waited for her car. Snapping the compact closed, she continued while tucking it away into her purse.
“Seeing that you had the gall to kiss me, but not ask me out on a proper date like some sort of hussy. I suppose I’ll have to take the initiative.” There was a playful edge to her voice, but this was certainly a long time coming. She never knew how to approach Hibiko...directly and romantically. Not out of nervousness, but mostly out of uncertainty. Hibiko was the paragon of what a princess should be, and with that...being with a woman so openly was not something she really was expecting.
Turning to face her, the taller blonde took Hibiko’s hand and squeezed softly “I want to take you out. Truly just the two of us, with no interruptions, distractions or personal assistants” Shifting her fingers she carefully laced them together “If you’ll have me, of course.”
