To celebrate DRAMAtical Murder’s official English release, my group Pride Collective made an English version of Your Reply (Noiz’s good end song in Re:Connect). It’s a really sweet love song and I put a lot of work into translating the lyrics 💚

@ccgyu
It’s a Saturday night, nearing close to 11pm, and Eunji is sitting in the living room with a book in hand, glasses set on the bridge of her nose. Her son is fast sleep, tucked into bed with a stuffed animal in his arms.
She’s up because her husband has yet to come home, and she just doesn’t feel right not being there for him when he comes through the door. Her fingers gingerly flick the page in her book as she sighs, eyes glancing towards the door. It’s often he comes home late, and she know’s deep down that he’d be home early if he could.
She can’t help but worry though. Ever since the accident, she’s always worried about him walking out that door, afraid he’ll come back missing another limb - or worse. Not come back at all. It was truly terrifying, getting the call that her husband was rushed to the ER due to a car accident. Missing limbs. Broken and bruised. Seeing him in that hospital bed broke her heart into peaces. She was afraid she was going to lose her love.
Eunji sets her book down as she slowly stands and makes her way to the kitchen, figuring she’ll make some tea. She grabs the kettle and sets it on the stove, before pouring water through the top. She’ll make enough for Sunggyu too, knowing he’ll like something warm before bed.
