The New Gang
Gotham City had plenty of problems. The A-TRAK tended to be five minutes late, especially when going to school. Even with the blooming tech of hover vehicles, traffic could be a pain to deal with. And then were was the larger problems. There was a lot of corruption in a lot of high places. A lot of people like the cops whacked away at it, but it was trickier to get rid of some old evils.
But it was still his home and his city. He wanted to make this place good, he wanted to stop the bad guys however he could. He wanted his friends and loved ones to walk peacefully in Gotham City, even with new dangers around the corner.
Thankfully, a lot of the big bad guys, new and old, were locked up. Arkham was filled with a lot of the recent bad guys and Iron Heights was still doing well off. Terry had been cleaning up the streets as best as possible. But that didn't mean Gotham was done. The Jokerz were still large and in charge of most of the city. The T's may have lost their recent leader, Mariah Demko to jail, but they were fighting the Jokerz. And several Splicers were trying to make a name for themselves. The Croc Gang in particular was being especially vicious lately and Terry had a guess as to why.
So when Bruce told him that there was a gang fight on the 32nd level, Terry was already preparing for it. He was ready to try and stop two gangs from causing mass destruction. Especially since one of them seemed to be the Jokerz. When Terry asked who they were fighting, Bruce couldn't say. He didn't recognize them.

J-Man doubled over, his big green pompadour was a wreck. He looked up, making a laugh at the large figure standing over him. "What's smatter? I thought you'd like party games."
They had been going for a weapon deal but were interrupted by three guys. Three guys all wearing stuff over their heads. One guy in a black skull mask was whaling at Scab. Another person (J-Man couldn't tell who this person looked like) was knocking around Dottie like she was a pinata.
J-Man stood up, brandishing whatever he had in his pocket. "AHA! Take--oops. Guess I left the spiked one back at home. Oh well! HAHAHA!" It was a rubber chicken, but it had a brick in it. But he'd try and whack whoever this giant person was that was squaring off against him.
