I learned a valuable lesson this week. Last Friday I wasn’t feeling well and missed my planned workout and my pill. So as punishment I went to the gym to make up that workout but also did my planned hot yoga class. Bad idea. Still pushed forward to my workout with a personal trainer on Sunday. My trainer educated me on the importance of not over training and taking advantage of the rest days. I need to do a better job of forgiving myself for the bad days and accepting I will be slower some days. And now I also have Endo symptoms from missing one pill.
