Which is harder: titles or summaries (or tags)? What part of writing is the most fun?

I typically don't do summaries, so this is a somewhat unfair question - but FUCK titles are hard for me. For a while I had been using song titles for my fics (and I still do - aheh), but now I am finding lines that I use that stand out and use those - or maybe just the overall theme because you know your gurl is not creative at all.
But - the most fun part about writing is the before - coming up with the ideas, the brainstorming (the CAPSLOCKING AND KEYBOARDSMASHINGALKDFJLKSDJF WITH YOU over Discord). I don't really like to outline fics too much, I don't want to box myself in, but I like to get motivation from the 'what if they...' scenarios that I can play out in my head to get me in the mindset of the world I want to create in that fic. Then I just go...

I started creative writing as an after school thing way, way back when I was in middle school when dinosaurs roamed the earth. It was just something to do because I really didn't have a lot of friends and the internet was really big then. And then when I got the internet and I found fan fiction... well... porn...
