I just wanted to write down my current thoughts on relationships in this generation, don’t mind me. I find it despairing that people actually try and compete with each other. Stop trying to be the “baddest” the “coolest” ”pretending” to be independent to attract someone who you think is the one. We are way too young to offer a full package to someone. I look at it as creating your own song. No one can create a sound like you, there’s no competition. You should strive to create a sound so rare that you imprint on your listeners brain, to the point that they crave you.The more you focus on your own sound, it lessens the chances there is someone else like you. There’s nothing wrong with dating someone while you’re in the development stage but be honest, let that person know that you’re still in the works. Don’t let them mode you into what they think you should sound like. “Stay in yo lane" you will never get to your destination changing directions.

Everyone is walking around thinking they’re the sun and expecting someone to be a plant following their shine.YOU ARE NOT THE SUN.The sun is a lonely ball of fire that burns anything that gets too close. Humble yourself to being a star shining bright. Shine so bright that no shooting star can take the attention of you, let the sun be your faith, let the sun be the nutritious that you need to grow, let the sun keep you on your toes. I guarantee you’ll have a better chance at a successful relationship if you know who you are.
