SKILLS — Comics & Creative Workshop (Atelier BD & Création)
The Comics & Creative Workshop (Atelier BD & Création) is a creative program designed to help children develop their imagination through character creation, storytelling, drawing, and comics.
Rather than approaching creativity through broad art instruction, the workshop guides participants through the process of creating their own characters, stories, and visual worlds.
Children are encouraged to invent heroes, design characters, explore ideas, and transform their imagination into stories that can be shared through images and words.
Areas of exploration may include:
Each participant develops their own creative universe while learning how characters, images, and stories work together to communicate ideas.
The workshop is built around a simple belief:
Every great story begins with a character.
Through guided projects and creative exploration, children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and their own unique voice as creators.
Developed under SKILLS, the Comics & Creative Workshop (Atelier BD & Création) builds upon earlier educational initiatives, including the Airbrush Workshop (Découvre l’Aérographie), and reflects the continuing evolution of creative programming designed to inspire young creators through stories, characters, and imagination.
