Episode: Dumplings and dessert - a day in the life of Ava and Beatrice
[The video opens on a hand, fumbling around the screen, then suddenly: a nose. After a moment, the face backs away to reveal Ava, dressed casually and standing in a familiar kitchen. She sets the camera down on the counter, the angle different from usual - more casual, especially with how she leans against the counter with her elbow, chin resting in her palm]
"Hey everyone! So. I've been getting a bunch of asks lately and they've mostly been one of two flavors: what do I eat now that I've been learning how to cook on the Dead Mom Recipes series and can I do a 'day in the life' video. And you know what I like to do with flavors: combine them!"
[Ava claps her hands together in gleeful demonstration]
"So that's what this video is gonna be. Nothing fancy so if that doesn't butter your roll -"
[At the bottom of the screen: "See Ava put the butt in butter rolls!"]
"- don't worry: The next episode of Dead Mom Recipes will be up like usual later this week. But yeah, enjoy my day in the life I guess."
[She shrugs and laughs, waving as she leaves the frame.]
