Often thought of how much I hope I can offer to the people around me, but the conversation with myself always ends with: but you’re not good enough. You’re not this, you’re not that.

Caught myself in this mode of thinking and I really had enough of it. Yes I lack skills, then go master them. Yes I am weak, then make myself strong. Yes I suck, then improve.

You need to stop telling yourself that you will never be good enough. You are the one in charge of your life and you are the only one who can change it. So if you want something, go after it. Things never come easy.

Be patient with yourself. Give yourself credit for any improvements, even small ones. It’s okay to fail. Just try again. Tomorrow is another day. So what if you failed many times? So what? If you never try, you’ll never know what you’re capable of.

I know emotions can be raw and loud at times, but I know you can do this. I really want to see you succeed. ⭐️
