How often do you unplug? . . The last few days, I’ve taken a break from social media. I was feeling overwhelmed by the information coming at me in all directions and needed to shut it off and go within. The last few days felt transformative, like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was able to realign. . . When something isn’t serving me anymore, I stop doing it. It’s a very simple concept. Life doesn’t have to be this grueling, hard experience we think we have to live.
