Hi! I remember seeing the idea around, some time ago, not sure where, but I remembered it and I was just wondering if you guys new of any fics where someone important to Future!Sterek (their kid, a new friend, etc.) saw Sterek at the age where most fanfics are (young and in love-y) and like generally just made comments on "oh this is so cute" or whatever? I've gotten a deep craving recently and I'm not sure how to search for that as a tag on ao3 and other places :) thanks!!!
man this was tough… I think I did okay though?
Welcome to Rosie’s Diner can I interest you in an eye-opener? by crossroadswrite (1/1 | 1,999 | PG13)
When the unfairly attractive couple walks in, at their usual hour, Kat starts humming the wedding march.
Jason elbows her sharply in the ribs, trying to hide his snicker even as he waves nicely at them.
“Fuck they’re so pretty,” he sighs mournfully, “why did they have to be a couple, that’s just unfair.”
“I know,” she commiserates.
(Or: The one where Stiles and Derek are regulars at Rosie’s diner and exactly zero of the employees believe they’re not actually a couple, I mean come on look at them.)

He couldn’t stop his eyebrows from slowly raising up towards his hairline as he met a pair of narrowed light eyes beneath a pair of wild eyebrows and above some cavernous cheeks. The guy was big. Had to be 6 foot at least and his bare torso was heavily muscled.
Honestly he looked like a mean son of a bitch.

She’s watched them for a year, on her lunch breaks, and she hopes that, some day, she has what they have.
These desperate times call for desperate measures by trilliastra (1/1 | 2,648 PG13)
Scott loves Stiles, he really really does, except when he’s whining and pouting like this. Yeah, today Scott wouldn’t mind killing him – he even planned how to make it look like an accident.
–Scott just wants his normal life back, a life where he doesn’t need to watch The Notebook every night or stop Stiles from throwing things at him.
