i know it's been a little while since it was taken down and i noticed like a week after the livejournal page was closed but i wish i could figure out a way to reliably contact old dcmk writer ysabet and tell them how much their collab fic Three Thieves meant to me and how often i would reread it just for fun .. that 800k was so so so cool and inspiring to me

and i know there might have been drama with nightengale but i came into reading their content Waaay after it was completed so im not actually sure what happened...

i dunno im just really sad that three thieves isnt online anymore, ysabet and all their dcmk works were my entire middle school fic life and i love their stuff so much :(....

I found this fanfic, “Three thieves”, a few weeks ago, and I got really caught up in the story, I haven’t stopped reading it ever since. It’s the best fanfic I’ve ever read so far. Really. everything is perfect.

And i just noticed the last chapter was published in 2013, and it’s still incomplete. I feel dead inside.

but I haven’t seen any author note or something as an explanation for this hiatus... and now i’m worried about the two authors. Did something happened to them ? does someone know anything ? Are they ok ???? I’m just really worried for them, and maybe they’re totally fine and just lost their inspiration and i’m being stupid and ridiculous worrying for people I’ve never talk to or anything butbutbutbut- I just really hope they’re both ok.

Does anyone out there has a copy of Second Wind and/or Windfall by Ysabet? Because of the crazy formatting changes fanfiction.net has undergone in the last couple of years, parts of them are really hard to read!

I would be so super thankful to anyone who had a copy from before! Please send me an ask or reblog this!
